Role Description The AI & Enterprise Intelligence role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This role involves designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance enterprise workflows, decision-making, and operational intelligence.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization, and collaborating with stakeholders to define solution requirements. The role also includes developing and integrating AI models, data pipelines, and dashboards into existing systems, as well as testing,



documenting, and refining solutions based on performance and user feedback. The individual in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI and intelligence solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with clients’ business objectives.

Qualifications

- Ability to design and implement AI and machine learning solutions for enterprise workflows, decision support, and process optimization.
- Experience working with data analysis, data modeling, and building dashboards or reporting tools to improve operational visibility.
- Knowledge of software development practices, including integration of AI components into web, mobile, or cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, business management systems, and enterprise platforms used across industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, healthcare, or similar industries is advantageous.
