Role Description The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that address real-world business problems, with a focus on robust, scalable, and maintainable systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing models, implementing algorithms, integrating AI components into existing software, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and validate solutions.

The role involves working with pattern recognition, neural networks, natural language processing, and other machine learning techniques to improve performance and accuracy. The AI Engineer will also participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development processes and tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications





- 5 - 8 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence development.
- Available to join immediately or in 15 days in Hyderabad.
- Full time is acceptable, but contract is more preferred (billing in USD if contract).
- Robust foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Practical experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including training, tuning, and evaluating machine learning models.
- Hands-on skills in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity extraction, and language modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python, Java, or C++) and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience working with data pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms or distributed systems for model deployment and monitoring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Experience in consulting, product development, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
