About Position:

We are looking for a curious and driven AI Engineer to build, experiment with, and deploy next-generation Agentic AI applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, AI orchestration frameworks, and modern AI development practices, with a passion for solving real-world business problems using intelligent agents.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and test Agentic AI applications using modern AI frameworks.
- Build intelligent agent workflows using LangGraph, Google ADK, and similar frameworks.
- Develop Python-based orchestration services and automation components.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and external tools.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies for agent performance.
- Develop data processing pipelines for AI applications.
- Implement vector search and knowledge retrieval solutions.
- Experiment with multi-agent systems and advanced AI orchestration techniques.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams on AI-powered features.
- Integrate LLM APIs and foundation models into production applications.
- Build reusable AI components and frameworks for enterprise use cases.
- Monitor and improve agent accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Software Development, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning.
- Strong programming expertise in Python.




- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software engineering principles.
- Experience using Python libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI and Streamlit.
- Experience building applications using LLM APIs and GenAI frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Phoenix, Guardrails, or Mem0.
- Experience implementing RAG architectures and retrieval systems.
- Knowledge of embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval concepts.
- Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Milvus, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Hugging Face and open-source AI ecosystems.
- Understanding of Agent-to-Agent (A2A), MCP, and emerging AI interoperability standards.
- Experience building tool-calling and workflow-based AI agents.
- Exposure to machine learning and traditional AI techniques is an advantage.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with ReactJS or Next.js for AI application front-end development is preferred.
- Experience working with Git and team-oriented development practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for AI innovation and continuous learning.




- Experience building personal AI projects, GitHub repositories, or agentic applications is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
