Position Description

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.

- 7 years of experience in product development, R&D;, or advanced technology roles.

- Proven experience taking ideas from ideation PoC pilot/production.

- Strong skills in cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and MLOps.

- Solid understanding of 12factor apps, serverless, autoscaling, HA, and costoptimized cloud design.

- Experience with observability, deployment strategies (blue/green, canary), and cloud security standards.

- Robust ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.

- Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring engineers and working in highambiguity environments.
