Role Description

We are seeking a talented, tech-savvy AI Bot Developer and Business Analyst to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI. This role combines hands-on solution development with business analysis to identify automation opportunities, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and support successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

- Solution definition: Translate business requirements into transparent user stories, functional requirements, process designs, and acceptance criteria
- Stakeholder communication: Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and maintain alignment throughout delivery

Solution Development & Integration

- Copilot agent development: Design and build tailored AI-powered agents in Copilot Studio that meet business needs and align with organizational standards
- Azure AI integration: Use Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services to enhance solution capability, scalability, and performance
- Customization and integration: Configure models, topics, workflows, knowledge sources, APIs, and enterprise-system integrations
- Quality and optimization: Test solutions, resolve issues,



and continuously improve response quality, reliability, and user experience

Deployment, Support & Governance

- Production deployment: Coordinate release activities and ensure smooth deployment of Copilot agents into production environments
- Monitoring and improvement: Track adoption and performance, analyze feedback, and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Training and support: Provide user training and ongoing support to help teams gain value from AI tools and solutions
- Documentation and governance: Maintain process, configuration, testing, support, and best-practice documentation to enable secure, compliant, and scalable delivery

Must-Have Qualifications

- Copilot Studio development: Hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.

• Business analysis: Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating needs into functional solution designs.

- Azure AI and generative AI: Practical experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or comparable enterprise AI platforms.
- Technical capability: Proficiency in workflow design, APIs, system integrations, and basic coding or scripting such as Python or PowerShell.
- AI knowledge: Solid understanding of generative AI, machine learning concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI solution deployment.
- Communication and service orientation: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide clear, user-friendly support.
- Delivery and collaboration: Self-driven, organized, and able to coordinate cross-functional work and deliver solutions on time.
- Problem-solving: Creative and analytical approach to resolving challenges and implementing effective AI-driven solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions
- Experience working within a global organization and collaborating across functions, cultures and time zones
