TrackALL is building AI-powered video intelligence that transforms existing CCTV cameras into intelligent systems that can detect, understand, and report what is happening in real time.

Our AI-CAM technology can be used across manufacturing, retail, warehouses, logistics, construction, security and other industries for applications such as safety monitoring, production monitoring, object tracking, people counting, vehicle monitoring, fire/smoke detection, restricted-area monitoring and operational intelligence.

We are looking for a creative, AI-curious and hands-on content creator who can turn these technologies and use cases into high-quality videos and social-media content.

About the Role

This is not just a video editing job and not just a social media management job.

You will own the content creation process from idea → concept → AI generation → editing → publishing → performance tracking.

You will create engaging AI-powered videos, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn content and other digital content that helps people understand what TrackALL does and why AI-powered video intelligence matters.

If you enjoy experimenting with AI tools, creating videos, understanding social-media trends and turning technical ideas into simple, engaging visual stories, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

AI Video & Content Creation

- Create AI-generated videos for TrackALL's products, features, industries and use cases.
- Use AI tools to generate realistic, cinematic and business-focused video content.
- Convert product ideas and technical concepts into simple and engaging visual stories.
- Create Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, product demonstrations and educational content.
- Experiment with new AI video, image, voice and creative-generation tools.
- Write prompts for AI image and video generation and continuously improve output quality.

Video Editing & Production

- Edit AI-generated footage into professional, engaging short-form videos.
- Add hooks, subtitles, captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, music and voiceovers.
- Maintain high visual quality and consistent TrackALL branding.
- Optimize videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other platforms.




- Create thumbnails and supporting visual creatives when required.

Social Media Management

- Manage TrackALL's social-media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Upload and publish content correctly for each platform.
- Write captions, hooks, titles, descriptions and hashtags.
- Research trending formats, topics and content styles and adapt them appropriately for TrackALL.
- Repurpose one content idea into multiple formats and platforms.

Content Strategy

- Continuously identify new video ideas around AI, CCTV, computer vision, workplace safety, manufacturing, logistics, retail and other industries.
- Turn TrackALL features and real-world use cases into content people can easily understand.
- Research competitors and successful AI/technology content.
- Suggest new content formats, campaigns and creative concepts.
- Help build TrackALL's visual identity and online presence.

Performance & Improvement

- Monitor views, reach, watch time, engagement, shares, saves and follower growth.
- Understand which videos perform well and why.
- Continuously improve hooks, storytelling, editing and content formats based on performance.
- Maintain an organized library of videos, creatives, prompts and content assets.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for skill and creativity more than a specific degree.

You should have

- Strong interest in AI and emerging technology.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Basic-to-good video editing skills.
- Good visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a concept and turn it into a video.
- Ability to learn new AI tools quickly.
- Understanding of social-media trends and short-form content.
- Good English communication and basic writing skills.
- A proactive, self-learning and "get things done" attitude.





AI Tools You do not need to know every tool.

Experience with tools such as Gemini, Veo, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Midjourney, image-generation tools or similar platforms is a plus.

What matters most is your ability to learn, experiment and produce good content.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers are welcome (basic knowledge.)
- 0–2 years of experience is acceptable.
- Students/graduates with strong practical skills can apply.
- Candidates with experience in content creation, video editing, digital marketing, social media or AI content creation are preferred.
- A strong portfolio can compensate for limited professional experience.

Portfolio Is Key Please include your portfolio, Instagram page, YouTube channel, sample Reels or AI-generated videos with your application.

As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates may be given a small practical assignment such as:
