AI Automation Intern

- Develop AI-powered automation solutions to reduce repetitive manual tasks across jewellery retail operations.

- Build workflow automations using n8n, Claude API and other AI/automation tools.

- Automate task creation, assignment, tracking, reminders and follow-ups.

- Develop transcript-to-task workflows that convert meeting discussions into actionable tasks.

- Build AI-assisted internal applications for target planning, store planning and business workflows.

- Develop tools to automate marketing brief collection, consolidation and follow-up.

- Design effective prompts for business-specific AI workflows and task automation.

- Identify repetitive activities across Stores and Head Office that can be automated using AI.

- Convert manual Excel, email and communication-based processes into automated digital workflows.

- Integrate AI tools with existing business applications, databases and APIs.





- Build simple internal tools and interfaces using platforms such as Lovable and other low-code/no-code tools.

- Test, troubleshoot and continuously improve AI workflows for accuracy, reliability and usability.

- Create AI agents capable of executing defined business tasks with minimal human intervention.

- Develop automation for data collection, validation, summarisation, reporting and alerts.

- Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-enabled solutions.

- Maintain documentation of AI workflows, prompts, integrations and automation logic.

- Track automation outcomes including time saved, manual effort reduced and process accuracy improved.

- Continuously explore current AI models, agents, automation tools and use cases relevant to jewellery retail.

- Ensure AI solutions are practical, secure, scalable and suitable for real-world business use.
