Job Purpose:

We at Marwadi Financial Services are looking foran AI Automation & Integration Engineer who can design, build, and manage end-to-end business automation and AI-powered solutions.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who can go beyond no-code automation and build secure, scalable, production-ready systems using APIs, custom development, and AI.

Requirements:

- Qualification: experience in Automation, Integration Engineering, Software Development or AI Solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Design and automate complex business workflows across Sales, Marketing,
- Operations & CRM.
- Build and manage integrations with Zoho, LeadSquared, WhatsApp, APIs, and other business platforms.
- Develop advanced workflows using n8n, Zoho Flow, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Build custom solutions using Python / JavaScript / Node.js.
- Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs into business workflows.
- Build AI agents, internal AI tools, RAG systems, and intelligent automation.
- Design reliable API integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON, and authentication systems.




- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB.
- Deploy and maintain production systems using AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Git, etc.
- Ensure security, access control, logging, monitoring, error handling and scalability.

Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience with Zoho / LeadSquared / CRM integrations.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth & third-party integrations.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with n8n / Make / Zoho Flow / Zapier.
- Practical experience with LLMs, AI APIs, Prompt Engineering & AI Agents.
- Good understanding of databases, cloud deployment and system security.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
