Role Overview:

As an Agri-Business Development & Marketing Sales Associate, you will serve as the ground-level force driving the commercial adoption of our tech-enabled agricultural products and services. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, executing localized B2B marketing campaigns, onboarding regional stakeholders, and sustaining high-value relationships with farmers and distributor channels. This is an ideal role for a high-energy professional who thrives in field operations and wants to commercialize deep tech for real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market & Business Development: Identify and unlock new market pipelines with local farmers, independent distributors, FPOs, and regional agri-input partners.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Drive end-to-end field sales processes from lead generation and qualifying prospects to negotiation and closing revenue targets.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct direct, hands-on field trials, product presentations, and live technical demonstrations showcasing AgroNest’s digital, sustainable tools.
- Campaign & Event Marketing: Coordinate local marketing initiatives, community engagement programs, and educational training sessions tailored to farmers and rural networks.
- Client Onboarding & Support:



Provide technical onboarding and reliable post-sales support to secure long-term client retention and satisfaction.
- Market Telemetry Insights: Gather field-level insights, track competitor movements, and relay customer feedback back to internal product teams to refine our AI and IoT offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in agricultural sales, rural marketing, or B2B sales management (Prior agri-tech, input sales, or FPO relations experience is a heavy plus).
- Communication Power: Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to seamlessly engage with diverse rural communities and elite enterprise partners alike.
- Technical Savvy: High adaptability to modern tech ecosystems and a passion for advocating precision digital agriculture solutions.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across designated regional districts for active on-field customer engagements.
- Languages: Native-level proficiency in local regional dialects alongside professional working proficiency in English or Hindi.
