We are hiring for a leading Fashion Retail organisation with a strong Pan-India presence and Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across India.

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: CHRO

Travel: Pan-India

Key Role

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead the L&D; function and drive organisation-wide capability development, with a solid focus on Retail & Store Training, Leadership Development, Talent Management and Employee Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the annual L&D; strategy, calendar, budget and roadmap
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and translate business requirements into learning interventions
- Design and implement retail/store training, product & functional learning, onboarding and induction programmes
- Drive leadership and managerial development initiatives for managers and high-potential employees
- Develop role-based learning journeys, competency frameworks and blended learning solutions
- Manage external trainers, consultants, learning partners and internal trainer networks
- Leverage LMS / HRMS, digital learning and micro-learning solutions
- Track training effectiveness,



L&D; metrics and learning outcomes through dashboards and analytics
- Drive career development, succession planning, internal mobility and talent management initiatives
- Partner with business and HR teams to strengthen employee experience, culture and customer-centricity

What We’re Looking For

- 10–12 years of relevant L&D; / Capability Development experience
- Experience in Fashion Retail / Lifestyle / Retail / FMCG / Hospitality / Consumer-facing organisations
- Strong experience in Retail & Store Training / Frontline Capability Development
- Experience managing L&D; initiatives across a large, geographically distributed store network preferred
- Proven experience in Leadership, Behavioural, Functional & Retail Capability programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable with Pan-India travel
