1. Responsible for ensuring all final fitting & finishing work of the units done before handover to the customers.
2. To specifically control the wastage of materials.
3. To check the functionality of all the equipment (e.g., switches, bathroom fittings etc.) as per checklist.
4. Responsible for effective execution of work as per bills of Quantity (BOQ) & ensure minimizing of wastage.
5. Timely prepare and submit reports to Project Head for verification.
6. Responsible for timely checking of material received at site.
7. Responsible to prepare contractor weekly work report performed at site and submit it to Project Head for verification.
8. Deployment of contractor workers as per priority of project completion.
9. Ensure all the work is done at site as per safety norms.
10. Responsible for maintaining 5s & safety at the site.
11. 100% adherence of expenditure plan(BOQ Vs consumption by stores).
12. Responsible for checking the material with record at the time of delivery at site.
13. Supervision of, water proofing Brick Work, Plaster Finishing work, Plumbing, Electrification as per Drawing & design.
14. Handling complaints of sites & closure of same (follow SOP if available).
15. Responsible for regularly visiting the site & doing its inspection.
16. Ensuring the work is as per the drawings & inspection.
17. Sense of ownership to fill the work culture.

Updating about priority with all specification & changes if any.
19. Supervise work of in-house labor, prepare work report.
20. Submission of reports timely and monthly.
21. Perform other duties as required by the Reporting head.
22. Be accountable to the own role in whole process, perform all roles with full responsibility and be effective and effective at workplace.
23. Any other task as assigned by Management as and when required

Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required for the position: Diploma/B. Tech with 10-18 Years in Civil Engineering preferably from Real estate or Construction Industry
