HM Agri One India LLP is looking for an experienced and motivated Agriculture Sales Officer to join our energetic team in Azamgarh.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting agricultural and horticultural products/services, developing farmer networks, generating leads, handling field visits and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits and meet farmers.
- Promote agricultural and horticultural products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify potential customers and expand the farmer network.
- Explain products, farming solutions and company offerings to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare field visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the District Manager and company team.
- Support the company in expanding its agricultural business in the assigned district.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Agriculture Sales / Horticulture Sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong field-work capability.




- Ability to build relationships with farmers and customers.
- Basic knowledge of agriculture and horticulture.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district and nearby areas.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Training 1 Month Training Program will be provided to selected candidates to understand the company's products, agricultural activities, sales process and field operations.

Salary & Incentives

₹8,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skills and performance.

Stay Support

Company-provided stay support will be available for eligible candidates as per company policy.
