- Drive implementation of system defined rules and design governance initiatives to improve designer accuracy and reduce design error

- Lead Current Product Introduction (NPI) catalogue readiness through module creation, cross-functional coordination, testing scenario definition, system integration support, and launch execution

- Manage coordination with external and internal technology teams for system enhancements, issue resolution, and removal of design productivity blockers

- Independently drive catalogue quality improvement initiatives, ensuring catalogue accuracy and completeness: Establish and maintain design standards, cataloguing processes, and best practices

- Partner with Product Development, SCM, IT, Operations, and Business teams to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives





Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

- Strong understanding of modular design principles, manufacturing constraints, and product development processes

- Experience in design software, parametric modelling tools (including, and catalogue management systems

- Exposure to system integration, testing, and cross-functional project management will be preferred

- Prior experience in leading teams and managing large-scale design or catalogue initiatives

- Working knowledge of 3DS max, blenders would be an added advantage
