Position: AGM – Marketing & Branding

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute the overall marketing and branding strategy for the mall.
- Drive footfall, customer engagement, sales and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute festive campaigns, events, activations and promotional campaigns.
- Lead ATL, BTL, digital, social media, OOH and mall media campaigns.
- Develop brand partnerships, sponsorships and strategic collaborations.
- Manage mall branding, creative communication and promotional activities.
- Drive customer loyalty and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Leasing, Operations, F&B;, Entertainment and other departments.
- Manage creative, media, digital and event agencies.
- Monitor marketing budgets, campaign ROI and overall effectiveness.
- Analyse footfall, customer behaviour and market trends.




- Strengthen the mall’s premium brand positioning and customer experience.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
- 7–11 years of relevant experience, preferably in Mall Marketing, Retail, Hospitality, Real Estate or Lifestyle brands.
- Robust knowledge of mall marketing, branding, events, digital marketing and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen.
- Proven experience in managing agencies, budgets, events and brand partnerships.
