EPC & Contract Management: Lead sourcing and management of EPC/turnkey contractors. Draft and negotiate complex contracts covering price, milestones, LD clauses, warranties, and payment structures including advance,





Cost Optimization & Value Engineering: Drive a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach and identify cost-saving opportunities through alternate sourcing, indigenisation,

Stakeholder & Cross-functional Leadership: Act as a key interface between Projects/Engineering, Operations & Maintenance, Finance, Legal, and middle management teams.

- Proven expertise in Project Procurement Contract Management, and Supply Chain Management for large-scale steel plant expansion, brownfield/greenfield projects, and major CAPEX initiatives.
