Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

Experience

- 3-6 years of relevant hands-on experience in Generative AI, Deep Learning, or NLP
- Individual delivery of high-quality work products within due timelines
- Need-basis mentoring or directing junior team members
- Liaison with onsite and offshore teams to understand functional requirements
- Deliver AI/Gen AI projects across multiple industries and domains
- Up to date with new research and progress in Agentic AI

Qualification

- BE
- B.Tech
- M.C.A.
- M.Sc (CS)
- Equivalent degree from an accredited university
- AI/Cloud certification from a premier institute

Responsibilities

- Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis
- Work across the software development lifecycle from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution




- Collaborate with stakeholders for effective delivery
- Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards
- Engage in Agile practices including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation
- Build and share business process knowledge
- Support project knowledge management and team training
- Recommend process improvements and track efficiency gains
- Contribute to automation and innovation
- Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms
- Integrate structured and unstructured data to generate insights using cloud, edge, and AI/ML technologies
- Leverage automation, cognitive, and AI-based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios, and prescribe actions
- Drive operational efficiency by managing and upgrading data ecosystems and application platforms
- Provide analytics expertise and As-a-Service models for continuous insights and enhancements
- Work with Data Engineers, ML/AI Engineers, Prompt Engineers, and other Data & AI professionals from inception to implementation
- Brainstorm, build, and improve AI and GenAI models and agentic systems
- Identify scope for improvements and best practices
- Deliver effective solutions aligned to sector needs

Additional Responsibilities





- Mentor and/or direct junior team members as needed
- Follow research papers and present creative solutions related to Generative AI and Agentic AI components
- Liaise with client teams to understand business problem statements and project requirements
- Drive a human-led culture of Inclusion and Diversity by caring deeply for all team members

Nice To Have

- Knowledge of Neo4J or relevant Graph DBs
- Familiarity with Docker containerization
- Familiarity with GIT
- AI/Cloud certification from a premier institute
