Relationship Manager – Life Insurance

- Recruit and onboard insurance agents to build a strong sales team.

- Develop and maintain relationships with agents and channel partners.

- Drive life insurance business through recruited agents.

- Guide, motivate, and support agents to achieve business targets.

- Identify potential agents and expand the agency network.

- Train agents on life insurance products, sales processes, and customer handling.

- Monitor agent performance and provide regular guidance to improve productivity.

- Generate business through effective agent engagement and relationship management.

- Track sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

- Maintain regular follow-up with agents and support them in closing business.

- Build long-term professional relationships with agents to ensure consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Recruitment

- Identify and recruit suitable insurance agents.

- Complete the onboarding process and provide necessary support.





- Expand the agent network to increase business opportunities.

Business Development

- Drive life insurance sales through agents.

- Achieve assigned business and sales targets.

- Develop strategies to increase agent productivity and business generation.

Agent Management

- Motivate and guide agents to improve performance.

- Provide product and sales training.

- Resolve agent queries and support them throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 2 years.

- Education: Graduate.

- Skills: Life Insurance.

- English Level: Basic English.

- Age: 25–35 years.

- Gender: Male.

- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

- Ability to recruit, motivate, and manage insurance agents.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
