We're Hiring Agency Manager | Life Insurance
We're looking for agile and result-oriented Agency Managers to join Life Insurance.
Locations:
- Mumbai
- Gujarat
- Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, build, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
- Drive sales of Life Insurance products through the agency channel.
- Support advisors in generating leads and closing sales.
- Ensure productivity, performance, and compliance of the agency team.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Insurance Sales, Agency Channel, Banking, Financial Services, or Direct Sales.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and grow a high-performing team.
- Graduate preferred.
