Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers after booking confirmation.
- Provide updates on project status, construction progress, and documentation.
- Coordinate with teams (sales, CRM) for customer queries.
- Assist customers with payment confirmation receipts and the status of payment complications.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain 100% accurate records in CRM and other systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Follow up for pending payments, agreements, and registration processes.
- Provide general customer support.
