About Digital Nexon

We're a marketing agency based in Sector 2, Noida, running affiliate and performance campaigns across multiple verticals in pay-per-call, CPL, VSL funnels, and Ecom offers. The creative is often what makes or breaks these campaigns, and we're looking for an editor who already understands that world.

The Role

We're hiring a Video Editor with real experience editing for affiliate/performance campaigns, not general content or brand videos. You'll edit ad creatives, VSLs, and B-roll-driven content for live campaigns with real ad spend behind them, from day one.

You will

- Edit short-form ad videos and full VSLs from raw footage and B-roll
- Build hooks, pacing, and cuts specifically designed to convert, not just entertain
- Source and integrate B-roll to strengthen story, credibility, and retention
- Turn around revisions quickly based on performance feedback (retention drop-off, CTR, conversions)
- Adapt winning creative patterns across different offers and verticals

The Fixed Requirements (non-negotiable, please self-check before applying)

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year minimum of hands-on video editing for affiliate or performance marketing campaigns is required. General content editing (vlogs, brand videos, social media management) without a direct affiliate/performance component does not qualify.
- Must have experience with: B-roll sourcing and integration, and VSL-style or direct-response ad editing.
- Prior experience editing for an affiliate marketing company,



media buying agency, or as an independent affiliate/freelancer in this space is required.
- Location: Sector 2, Noida (on-site). Not remote, not hybrid.
- Working hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM fixed, evening shift for client/campaign overlap.
- Compensation: Based on experience, plus performance-based incentives , discussed in detail at interview.

- Start: Immediate joiners preferred.

What We're Looking For

- Robust command of any editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci any is fine, as long as you're fast in it)

- Understanding of direct-response editing, you edit for conversions and retention, not just aesthetics
- Comfort using B-roll to build trust and story inside a short window
- A portfolio you can share of affiliate, VSL, or performance ad edits specifically

Please Don't Apply If

- Your editing experience is limited to general content, vlogs, or brand/social media work without an affiliate or direct-response component
- You have under 6 months of relevant experience

- You can't work on-site from Noida, or the 4 PM–1 AM shift doesn't work for you
- You're currently in another full-time role, internship, or freelance commitment with fixed hours
