Role Overview We are looking for a highly technical Performance Media Operations Specialist to lead our high-volume trackinginfrastructure, multi-account setup, and attribution framework. In this role, you will manage click tracking architectures (Voluum), call routing setups (Ringba), tag/pixel operations (GTM, Meta CAPI, Tik Tok Events API), and multi-profile anti-detect environments across channels like Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube. This is not a traditional corporate display Ad Ops role.

You will be responsible for the core technical logistics behind performance arbitrage, pay-per-call, and affiliate marketing campaigns—ensuring 100% data fidelity, zero attribution loss, and seamless operational continuity across scaled account networks.

• Lead Tracking Management (Voluum): Architect and maintain high-volume Voluum tracking structures. Configure custom domains, campaign paths, flow rules, server-to-server (S2 S) postback URLs, landers, and offer redirects for accurate real-time attribution. Pay-Per-Call &

• Telephony Operations (Ringba): Build, route, and optimize call flows within Ringba. Setup inbound numbers, campaign targets, IVR trees, ping-post trees, dynamic number insertion (DNI), and buyer routing logic. Pixel &

• Event Infrastructure: Deploy and maintain web/server tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook/Meta Pixel &

• Conversions API (CAPI), and Tik Tok Pixel &

• Events API to minimize data loss from browser restrictions and ad blockers.

Account

Infrastructure & Anti-Detect Management: Set up, warm up, and maintain multi-account environments across Meta Business Managers, Tik Tok Ads Manager, and Google/You Tube. Deploy anti-detect browsers (Ads Power, Multilogin, Dolphin{anty})



with dedicated mobile/residential proxies to prevent profile footprint overlap. Channel & Asset Operations: Oversee campaign setup, creative asset uploading, and content scheduling for You Tube channels, Tik Tok ad accounts, and Meta Business Managers.

Ensure all creative links, UTMs, and tracking parameters align perfectly. Troubleshooting & Technical QA: Debug pixel triggers, missing postbacks, broken redirect chains, proxy connection issues, and account flagging triggers using browser developer tools and proxy loggers.

Ringba Expertise: Direct experience building call flows, setting up target buyers, and configuring energetic number insertion (DNI). Tracking & Tagging Competency: Proven ability to implement GTM containers, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and Tik Tok Events API without developer intervention.

Profile Management: Hands-on experience operating anti-detect browsers with mobile/residential proxies to isolate ad account environments.

Attention to Detail: High precision in verifying query strings, tracking tags, and postback URLs before high-budget spend is activated.
