Job Title:
Gen AI Engineer – Microsoft Copilot Studio (4–6 Years Experience)
Key Qualifications:
- Candidates with total IT experience of 10 years. With a 4–6 years of experience in AI, Gen AI, or intelligent automation roles
- 1–2 years of mandatory hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, focusing on designing and building custom AI copilots, agents, workflows, and conversation bots for enterprise solutions
- Strong exposure to Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform preferred)
- Python & AI / Microsoft Copilot certifications are a strong advantage
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents and Copilot experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate and optimize business workflows
- Develop conversational and task-driven agents to manage real-time operational issues including service requests, alerts, escalations, and workflow orchestration
- Build a thorough understanding of client business processes to identify and define AI opportunities
- Partner with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities
- Gather pain points across business and technical stakeholders. Translate business and IT operational requirements into scalable Copilot solutions
- Lead the definition of AI Copilot strategies, prioritize initiatives, and drive implementation
- Prioritize AI use cases using a data-driven and impact-based approach
- Design and build Gen AI solutions tailored to client requirements
- Integrate copilots with enterprise data and workflows
- Work closely with Zensar’s SGO team to align outcomes and delivery
- Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models for performance and accuracy
- Stay updated with emerging Gen AI and Copilot capabilities
- Recommend upgrades, enhancements, and current AI solutions as needed
Additional Information:
- Candidates should have the flexibility to support US Easter time zone as required.
