Overall exp – Minimum 10+ Years
Qualification Criteria- Bachelor’s/master’s in ECE / aerospace engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
Any domain specification: Aero Domain
Mandatory Skills –
- DO-178B/C
- V&V; and Development Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Project planning tool.
- Proficient in Dashboard creations, tableau tool or Power BI tool.
- Awareness of Earned value management.
- Plan and lead an engineering project to meet the time, cost, and scope requirements.
- 2 Project Managers with PMP & DO-254 experience

The Aerospace V&V; Project Manager will lead endtoend verification and validation programs for safetycritical aerospace systems. This role ensures compliance with industry standards (DO178C, DO254, ARP4754A) and drives execution across multidisciplinary teams, balancing technical rigor with program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership
- Define and manage V&V; project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams (engineering, quality, certification, suppliers).
- Ensure alignment with customer requirements and regulatory authorities.
- Technical Oversight
- Oversee platformlevel V&V; activities, including test strategy, automation, and certification readiness.
- Drive adoption of advanced practices such as AIdriven test automation and Zero Touch V&V.;
- Ensure traceability from requirements through test evidence.
- Compliance & Certification
- Guarantee adherence to aerospace safety standards (DO178C, DO254, ARP4754A).
- Prepare certification dossiers and interface for SOI audits
- Manage risk assessments and mitigation plans for safetycritical systems.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as primary interface with customers, executives, and regulatory bodies.
- Present project status, risks, and mitigation strategies in executiveready formats.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure integrated V&V; delivery.
- Continuous Improvement
- Champion digital transformation in V&V; (digital twins, modelbased evidence).
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- Mentor teams on best practices in aerospace V&V.;
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/master’s in ECE / aerospace engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 8–12 years in aerospace V&V;, with at least 3–5 years in project/program management.
- Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of safetycritical compliance standards (DO178C, DO254, ARP4754A).
- Experience with platformlevel V&V; (not just applicationlevel).
- Familiarity with AIdriven testing, automation frameworks, and digital twin environments.
- Skills
- Proven leadership in managing complex, multistakeholder projects.
- Excellent communication—concise, qualified, executiveready.
- Strong analytical and risk management capabilities.
