Customer / JV Related

- Discussion with JV for finalizing MD, PI, Drawings and Technical Specifications.

In Plant Communication

- End-to-end manufacturing engineering for all forging processes and products.

- Managing NPI/NPD for forging products: process design, APQP, PPAP, and customer approvals

- Drive process improvement for productivity, OEE, quality, and flow

- Release of PIs, Drawings to relevant Operational functions (Toolings, Test Specimens, Machining, Loading Pattern for HT).

- Ensuring Configuration management practiced across the company.

- Organizing CFT for PFMEA.

- Organizing industrialization progress review meeting.

Functional Activities

- Simulation interpretation of the output.

- Preparation / modification of PIs.

- Performing PFMEA with CFT.

- Preparing the activity plan for new product development (APQP).

- Conducting Manufacturing feasibility study for new products.

- Prove Out of Current Development parts

- Continual Improvement in manufacturing processes.
