Job Title: AEM DevOps Engineer

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain AEM Cloud Service environments using Cloud Manager

· Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable deployments

· Automate build and deployment processes using Jenkins, Git, Maven, and scripting tools (Shell/Python)

· Monitor system health, perform performance tuning, and troubleshoot production issues

· Handle environment provisioning, release management, and rollback strategies

· Ensure compliance with security standards, governance, and best practices

· Collaborate with developers, QA, and architects to streamline release cycles

· Manage logs, alerts, and monitoring tools to ensure high availability and reliability

· Support multi-environment setups (dev, stage, prod) and configuration management

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives and DevOps maturity within the team

Required Skills & Experience:

· 6–8 years of IT experience with strong focus on AEM DevOps / AEM Cloud Service

· Hands-on experience with AEM Cloud Manager, pipelines, and deployment workflows





· Strong understanding of AEM architecture (author, publish, dispatcher)

· Experience with Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Bitbucket

· Build tools: Maven, Gradle

· Scripting knowledge: Shell, Python (preferred)

· Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

· Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud-native deployments

· Understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.) is a plus

· Familiarity with monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and performance tuning

· Strong troubleshooting skills for AEM performance and deployment issues

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)

· Knowledge of security practices, SSL, CDN, and caching strategies (Dispatcher/CDN)

· Adobe AEM or DevOps certifications

· Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

· Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

· Good communication and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to work in quick-paced, collaborative environments
