About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Full Stack Developer with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java, React, TypeScript, and Headless CMS architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise-scale digital experience platforms using AEM Cloud Service and modern frontend technologies. This role requires strong experience in AEM backend development, component development, API integrations, React-based frontend development, GraphQL services, and cloud-native deployment practices.

The candidate will also contribute to AI-powered digital experiences by integrating Generative AI solutions and leveraging AI-assisted development practices to improve delivery efficiency and customer engagement.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and backend services.
- Build scalable backend solutions using Java, OSGi, Sling Models, Servlets, and REST APIs.
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Implement Headless CMS solutions using AEM Content Fragments and GraphQL APIs.
- Integrate AEM content with web, mobile, and third-party platforms.
- Design and develop reusable frontend components and UI frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver digital solutions.
- Implement and optimize SEO best practices to improve digital discoverability.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards including WCAG guidelines.
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, application performance, and user experience metrics.
- Integrate external APIs, digital platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Support cloud-based deployments and release management activities.




- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated deployments and continuous delivery.
- Develop AI-powered features and integrate Generative AI services into digital platforms.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance optimization strategies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation guides.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise web application and digital experience development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience working with AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Expertise in Java development and AEM backend engineering.
- Strong knowledge of OSGi Framework, Sling Models, Sling Services, and Servlets.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience implementing Headless CMS architectures using Content Fragments and GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise content management and digital experience platforms.
- Experience working with cloud-based deployment platforms and cloud-native application environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility best practices.




- Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals and web application performance.
- Knowledge of responsive design and modern frontend architecture patterns.
- Experience integrating AI services, APIs, and Generative AI capabilities into applications.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices and engineering productivity tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
