Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Advertisement Sales Specialist role based in Mumbai.

The Advertisement Sales

Specialist will build and manage relationships with advertisers and agencies, identify new business opportunities, and drive ad revenue across Enterr10’s TV channels and digital properties. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and pitching ad solutions, preparing sales presentations and proposals, negotiating rates and packages, and closing deals in line with revenue targets.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as programming, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth campaign execution and post-campaign reporting. The specialist will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and contribute to long-term business growth.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities suitable for client-facing roles.
- Proven Sales experience in media, advertising, or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Account Management skills to maintain and grow existing client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Marketing knowledge to understand brand objectives, media plans, and to position Enterr10’s inventory effectively.
- Business Development capabilities to identify new markets, prospects, and partnership opportunities.
- Familiarity with TV and digital advertising ecosystems, media planning concepts, and campaign performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple accounts and deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field; prior experience in Mumbai media or advertising markets is an advantage.
