This role will own Salute's

ADP platform

, covering both administration and project work as the company grows. This is not a pure administrator role

; direct ADP development experience is required, along with a strong command of HR and payroll data.

Responsibilities

- Administer and configure

ADP Workforce Now

, and lead ADP-related project work as new requirements arise.

- Support onboarding and offboarding workflows in Salute Hub.

- Build and troubleshoot

ADP-to-Snowflake data feeds

.

- Manage

HR and payroll data accuracy and integrity as headcount grows.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in managing

HR data and ADP data specifically

, not just general HRIS familiarity.

- Direct

ADP development experience

, in addition to administration of existing ADP systems. Administration experience alone is not sufficient.

- Experience with

ADP Workforce Now configuration

.

- Solid attention to data accuracy and compliance
