AdTech Sales Manager – Digital Advertising

Location: Sector 71, Gurgaon

Experience: 2–4 Years | Full time

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy AdTech Sales professional with a strong understanding of the Digital Advertising ecosystem and existing relationships across media agencies, agency networks and/or brands .

You’ll be responsible for building the sales pipeline, generating opportunities, developing client relationships and driving business closures .

What you will do

- Drive sales of AdTech / Digital Advertising solutions to agencies and brands.
- Build and leverage relationships with key decision-makers.
- Generate leads, meetings and new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting to closure.
- Understand client needs and work with internal teams on solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and close deals.
- Own sales targets, pipeline and revenue growth.




- Build long-term relationships with clients and agency partners.

What we are looking for

- 2–4 years of sales experience , preferably in AdTech, Digital Advertising or Online Media.
- Strong network across media agencies, agency networks and/or direct brands .
- Good understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive and commercially minded.
- Someone who creates opportunities rather than waits for them .
