We are looking for a agile Admission Officer with a strong communication skill, a presentable personality, and the ability to build positive relationships with prospective and existing parents while ensuring smooth coordination within the organization.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and follow up on enquiries.

- Handle walk-in enquiries and attend parents queries.

- Provide detailed information about curriculum, facilities, and fee structure.

- Manage admission documentation and process coordination.

- Analyze leads and maintain records.

- Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process.

- Support retention and re-enrollment activities.

- Plan and execute admission campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive enrolments.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- 3–7 years of experience in school admissions.

- Strong communication and convincing skills.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Good interpersonal skills.
