Role Description The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based at the VIMS campus in Patna. The role involves guiding prospective learners and families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining programs and eligibility, and assisting with application and documentation completion.

The Admissions

Counselor will conduct campus visits and orientations, manage follow-ups with leads, and support admission campaigns, outreach events, and education fairs. The role includes maintaining accurate records in admissions systems,



coordinating with academic and administrative teams, and providing professional, learner-focused service at all touchpoints. The counselor will also contribute to improving admissions processes and communication materials to support enrollment goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective learners, families, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, respectful, and solution-focused support throughout the admissions journey.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries to enrollments through ethical, consultative guidance aligned with institutional policies.
- Candidates should possess Education-related skills, including the ability to explain academic programs, eligibility criteria, and learning pathways clearly.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or Healthcare-related fields preferred).

- Fluency in English and Hindi; familiarity with local languages of Bihar is an added advantage.
