Admissions Counselor

Type: Full time Location: Hennur, Bangalore

Experience: 1-4 years in admissions, counseling, ed-tech, or parent-facing roles

What You’ll Own

1. Lead Management & Response

- Track and respond to enquiries from website, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Ads, walk-ins ,parent referrals etc within 2-3 hours
- Qualify leads: Understand parent’s need, child’s age, current challenges
- Maintain CRM/Google Sheet with accurate status, notes, next follow-up date

2. Counseling & Conversion

- Telecalling: First connect, understand pain points, share how Education 4.0 solves it
- Conduct follow-ups via call/WhatsApp — nurture, don’t spam
- Explain Sparkling Mindz philosophy: Why “marks aren’t enough” and how we build life skills
- Handle objections: Fees, location,infrastructure ,“will my child get marks?” Etc

3. Campus Experience

- Schedule and host campus tours for parents + child
- Arrange one-to-one meetings with Outreach Manager /Founder as needed
- Create a warm, non-judgmental experience — parents should feel heard, not sold to

4. Closing & Reporting

- Guide parents through admission process: Forms, documents, fee payment




- Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining fit — we don’t want wrong admits
- Daily/weekly reporting to management: Leads, tours, conversions, reasons for drop-offs
- Share insights: What are parents asking? What objections come up most?

Qualifications: Graduate with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Fixed Salary + incentives

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
