Role Description The Admissions Counselor role at Trueknack is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane.

The Admissions

Counselor will guide prospective students and professionals through the enrollment process, including responding to inquiries, explaining programs, and helping candidates choose suitable courses. This role involves conducting consultations and assessments, maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, and following up with prospective learners through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Counselor will collaborate with training and placement teams to align candidate expectations with program outcomes and contribute to outreach activities such as information sessions, events, and partnerships. The role also includes meeting admission targets, providing high-quality customer service, and representing Trueknack’s values and mission in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with prospective learners and stakeholders.
