Role Description The Admission Counselor role at MedMaster Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Admission

Counselor will guide prospective learners through the entire admission process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and supporting candidates with eligibility, documentation, and application submissions. This role involves conducting telephonic and in-person counseling, organizing and participating in information sessions, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions in the admissions system.



The counselor will collaborate with academic and marketing teams to align messaging, support outreach campaigns, and help achieve enrollment targets while ensuring a skilled, learner-focused experience. The position requires consistent follow-up with prospective applicants and clear communication to help them make informed decisions about their educational pathways.

Qualifications

- Solid communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills to engage with prospective learners and stakeholders.
- Customer service and relationship management abilities, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining follow-up.
- Basic knowledge of medical or healthcare education programs, or a demonstrated interest in the education or healthcare sector.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, documentation requirements, and deadlines.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or admissions management software for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and meet defined enrollment goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline however candidates with BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS would be preferred.
- Prior experience in admissions, academic counseling, or education sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: 3.2 to 4.1 LPA fixed + variable upto 6 LPA
