Roles and Responsibilities

Support students one on one in their admission application process and meeting application deadlines.

Maintain and manage various data sets effectively using Excel, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for reporting and analysis.

Provide information regarding the school, admission process, fee structure etc. to parents.

Answer inbound and outbound calls.

Assist students and parents in understanding the process and documentations required during admission.

Help in promoting admission events for the school to potential students and their parents.

Respond to queries from students, parents or any other interested parties.

Assist recruitment team during recruitment drives.

Desired Skills Required

Excellent communication skills - written and oral.

Positive MS Office knowledge

Prior knowledge of school admission/recruitment process preferred.

Team Player.
