We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admissions Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents, understanding their requirements, explaining our programs, and converting enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course/program details, benefits, fees, and admission process.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions counselling, education sales,
inside sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with parents and students.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month + incentives
