Position: Counsellor / Career Counsellor

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and student-focused Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in selecting suitable career, training, and upskilling programs. The candidate will be responsible for understanding prospects' requirements, explaining relevant programs, handling queries, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and professionals regarding career opportunities, courses, and programs.
- Understand candidate requirements, career goals, and skill gaps.
- Explain program structure, curriculum, benefits, fees, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective candidates.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide appropriate guidance throughout the enrollment process.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, inside sales, telecalling, or business development will be an advantage.
