We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide and assist students throughout the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their academic requirements, providing suitable course/university guidance, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and counsel prospective students and parents regarding admission opportunities.

- Make outbound calls and follow up with leads generated through various sources.

- Understand students’ academic profiles, preferences, and career goals.

- Provide accurate information about courses, colleges, universities, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students and ensure timely conversion.

- Conduct counselling sessions through phone calls, video meetings,



and face-to-face interactions, as required.

- Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.

- Maintain and update student records, lead details, and follow-up status in the CRM or designated system.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and admissions.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.

- Address student queries and provide appropriate support throughout the admission process.

- Submit daily performance and follow-up reports as per company requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
