Roles & Responsibilities
- Talk to students and understand their education, career goals, and learning interests.
- Guide students in choosing the right upskilling program based on their needs.
- Explain course details, curriculum, fees, university partnerships, and career opportunities in a simple and transparent way.
- Follow up with interested students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Help students throughout the admission process and answer their questions.
- Build good relationships with students by providing honest guidance and support.
- Keep track of student interactions and update details in the CRM or tracking system.
- Work closely with the marketing team by sharing student feedback and suggestions to improve the admission process.
- Complete daily communication and follow-up activities to support admission goals.
- Continuously learn about the programs and improve your communication and counseling skills.
