The Shri Ram Wonder Years, Rohini is seeking a proactive and personable Admission Counsellor to manage enquiries, guide parents through the admission process, and support outreach activities. The role also includes administrative coordination, ERP handling, and field-level promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Parent Counselling & Follow-ups:

Counsel prospective parents (walk-ins/calls/online), conduct school tours, and convert enquiries into admissions through regular follow-ups.

- Admissions Process:

Handle complete admission workflow – from enquiry to enrolment.

Maintain and update the Admission Register, Admission files and other documents. Generate Offer Letters and manage documentation through ERP.

- Database & Reporting:

Record and track all leads using ERP and Google documents.

Share daily/weekly/monthly reports on enquiries, visits, and conversions.

- Marketing & Event Support:

Maintain and update the Marketing Calendar with scheduled events and promotions.

Coordinate with the team for school events, orientations, and open houses.





- Field Promotions & Outreach:

Represent the school in local societies, malls, parks, and community events.

Distribute flyers, interact with parents, and build local network for lead generation.

- Front Desk and Internal Coordination:

Managing front desk responsibilities . Liaise with academic, transport, and accounts teams for smooth on boarding of current admissions.

Key Skills:

- Excellent communication (English & local language)
- Pleasant personality with a confident and persuasive approach
- Strong follow-up and record-keeping ability
- Tech-savvy – familiar with ERP, CRM, MS Office/Google Sheets
- Comfortable with fieldwork and outreach campaigns

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or customer-facing roles (preferred)

Working Days: 6 days/week

Timings: 8 am to 4 pm

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Experience: 1–3 years (Education sector preferred)
