Role Description The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad . The role involves guiding prospective families throughout the admission process, handling inquiries, conducting campus tours, and explaining the school’s philosophy, curriculum, programs, and facilities.

The Admission Counsellor will manage application documentation, follow up with parents and guardians, maintain accurate records in admission systems, and coordinate with academic and administrative teams for interviews, assessments, and orientations.

The role will also involve supporting admission events, open houses, outreach activities, and lead follow-ups , while providing an exceptional experience to prospective families and contributing towards enrollment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle admission inquiries from prospective parents and students.
- Counsel and guide parents throughout the admission journey.




- Conduct campus tours and effectively present the school’s facilities, curriculum, and philosophy.
- Follow up with prospective families and convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate admission records and documentation.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for interviews, assessments, and orientations.
- Participate in admission events, open houses, and outreach activities.
- Build strong relationships with parents and represent the school professionally.
- Contribute towards achieving admission and enrollment targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and parent-handling abilities.
- Sales and counselling skills with a target-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, sales, customer-facing roles, or educational institutions will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field .
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and admission management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records.
- Passion for working in the education sector and interacting with students and parents.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in Hyderabad .
