Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain the complete admission process and required documentation.
- Follow up with interested students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Maintain regular communication with leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission/revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and student information in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the backend and academic teams for smooth enrollment.
- Handle student queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and conversion reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
