The institute collaborates with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences to offer globally recognized undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma programs across various disciplines, including Fashion, Acting, and Visual Communication Design.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide academic guidance to students on course selection, career options, and educational pathways.
- Assist in batch planning and management of student admissions from application to enrollment.
- Develop strong relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to promote our institution's programs.
- Coordinate the processing of all student applications from submission to outcome, to ensure that applications are treated promptly and within the standards set by the institute.
- Advise students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
- To undertake application conversion activities, including telephone campaigns and individual consultations
- Participate in all student acquisition events, school fairs,



information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
- Reviewing applications to determine whether students meet the institute's academic standards and other eligibility requirements
- Working with prospective students to understand their needs and answer questions about the application process or school programs
- Managing events related to student acquisition, presenting at information sessions and other events to promote WWI
- Develop innovative communication strategies, student recruitment strategies, and enrolment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enrol more students.

Job Requirements :

- 0-6 years of experience in admissions counseling or related field (educational administration).
- Robust understanding of academics, career counselling, and educational systems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
