Position : Admin. Support
Recruitment Notification – Engagement of Professional for a Health Sector Project The Centre for Good Governance (CGG), Hyderabad, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for engagement on a contractual basis for a project in the Health Sector. The engagement is purely project-based and contractual in nature.
Role : Admin. Support
Required Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or any other equivalent degree from a recognized University/Institution.
Key
- Provide administrative and logistical support for project implementation.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, field visits and stakeholder consultations.
- Maintain project records, correspondence, documentation and filing systems.
- Support travel arrangements, procurement, scheduling and day-to-day office coordination.
- Assist in preparation of project reports, invoices and other administrative documentation.
- Provide coordination support to the project team for timely execution of activities.
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project administration, office management, or administrative support.
- Experience in providing administrative and logistical support for Government projects, public sector programmes, or externally aided projects.
- Experience in handling project documentation, official correspondence, meeting coordination, travel logistics, procurement support, file management, correspondence and record management.
- Familiarity with Government administrative procedures, file management, and coordination with Government departments and stakeholders.
- Positive communication, organizational, and documentation skills with proficiency in MS Office and office management tools
General Project Information, Eligibility and Terms of Engagement
- Broad Responsibilities
The following provides a broad overview of the activities and responsibilities envisaged across the project. The specific roles and responsibilities applicable to each position are detailed against the respective job descriptions provided in the notification.
- Overall project management including planning and coordination and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitoring, evaluation, verification and validation of programme activities.
- Development of verification methodologies, sampling strategies and analytical frameworks.
- Field assessments, stakeholder consultations and documentation.
- Data analysis, report preparation and evidence-based recommendations.
- Coordination with Government departments and other stakeholders.
- Any other project-related responsibilities assigned from time to time.
- Eligibility

- The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis and co-terminus with the project.
- Posting will ordinarily be in Hyderabad. However, extensive travel within the and outside the State, will be part of the assignment.
- Selection Process
The selection process may comprise one or more of the following stages:
- Scrutiny of applications.
- Shortlisting based on qualifications and relevant experience.
- Interview
- Verification of original certificates and credentials.
CGG reserves the right to modify the selection process depending upon the number of applications received.
