What You’ll Handle
- Basic accounting & invoice management
- Logistics coordination & order tracking
- Employee records and employment-related management
- Day-to-day administrative operations
- Vendor and internal team coordination
- Documentation, follow-ups & office management
- Supporting smooth daily business operations
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✓ Has 1+ year of experience in administration/operations
✓ Has basic knowledge of accounting
✓ Is organised and good at follow-ups
✓ Can manage multiple tasks independently
✓ Has good communication and coordination skills
✓ Is proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic office tools
