General Purpose** To assist in day-to-day administrative operations at the manufacturing unit, with specific responsibility for supporting transport, canteen, and other general administrative activities to ensure smooth plant operations.

Main/ Essential Task

- Lead and oversee all day-to-day administrative activities of the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of office and plant infrastructure, utilities, common facilities, and administrative services.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes, SOPs, and controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues affecting employees and plant operations.
- Plan, manage, and monitor employee transport operations.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and ensure timely and safe transportation services.




- Oversee complete canteen operations and coordinate with food service providers.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and timely service.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with agreed service standards.
- Establish and monitor visitor management, material movement, gate control, and access procedures.
- Ensure effective housekeeping standards across office and manufacturing areas.
- Conduct periodic reviews of housekeeping and security service providers.
- Handle vendor negotiations, service agreements, renewals, and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely processing and verification of vendor bills and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, quotations, purchase orders, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for facility maintenance and improvement activities.
- Monitor office and plant infrastructure, furniture, utilities, and common facilities.
- Support expansion, relocation, renovation, and infrastructure development projects as required.
- Ensure timely escalation and closure of critical infrastructure-related issues.
- Support the implementation of safety standards and administrative controls within the plant.
- Ensure administrative service providers comply with safety and workplace rules
