G K & Sons Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function with a strong focus on Skill Development, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management System (PMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement employee skill development and training programs.
- Design and drive an effective Performance Management System (PMS).
- Identify skill gaps and create development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and build a positive workplace culture.
- Handle HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee relations and grievance resolution.
- Work closely with business teams to understand manpower and people requirements.
- Maintain HR MIS, analytics, and management reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
Candidate Profile
- Master’s Degree in HR / MBA (HR) or relevant postgraduate qualification.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with managerial exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Skill Development & PMS.
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
