MAGWIL DIGITAL is seeking a passionate, imaginative, and dedicated Ad Filmmaker to join our growing team. If you have a natural eye for capturing great visuals and want to build a career in commercial video production, this is the perfect launchpad. We are looking for fresh talent to shoot compelling videos for our business, learn the ropes of digital advertising, and grow into a long-term role with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot Engaging Content: Film high-quality videos, product showcases, and digital ads for the business.
- Creative Framing: Bring your basic creative ideas to the table regarding camera angles, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Post-Production (Appreciated): Edit the raw footage into crisp, engaging ads. If you already have basic editing skills, that is a huge plus! If not, we will provide basic training to help you master it.

- Freshers Welcome: You do not need a massive professional portfolio, just a strong passion for filmmaking and cameras.
- Fast Learner & Dedicated: We want someone who is hungry to learn, adaptable,



and highly committed to their craft.
- Creative Instincts: You should possess basic creativity, a good aesthetic sense, and an eagerness to experiment with different video formats.

What We Offer (The Roadmap)

- 2-Month Paid Internship: You will start with a 2-month internship period featuring a guaranteed stipend, hands-on training and an official internship certificate.
- Full-Time Employment: Upon successfully completing the initial 2-month period, you will be officially appointed as a permanent, full-time paid employee at MAGWIL DIGITAL.
- Growth opportunities: Get real-world experience in ad filmmaking, mentorship from a digital team, and the creative freedom to build an incredible portfolio.
