We are looking for an energetic and guest-focused Activity Coordinator with relevant experience in a Jungle / Nature / Adventure Resort. The role is responsible for coordinating guest activities, adventure experiences, nature activities, and in-house entertainment programs while ensuring guest safety and excellent service.

Position: Activity Coordinator

Unit: Flora Vythiri Resort, Vythiri – Wayanad

Department: Front Office / Guest Relations

Reporting To: Resort Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and conduct guest adventure and outdoor activities within and around the resort.
- Take guests for off-road / adventure bike rides and 4WD off-road experiences.
- Operate and handle Electric ATV / Quad Bike activities for guests.
- Assist guests during morning walks / nature walks and other outdoor experiences.
- Coordinate in-house guest activities and entertainment programs, including Musical Nights, Traditional / Cultural Dance Programs, Campfire Programs, Games, and other resort activities.
- Assist guests at the Swimming Pool and perform pool attendant duties.
- Provide proper safety briefings and ensure guest safety during all activities.
- Conduct basic safety and equipment checks before and after activities.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B; and Operations teams for smooth execution of guest activities.
- Interact with guests professionally,



explain activities and schedules, and ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Maintain activity schedules and report incidents, damages, or guest feedback to the concerned manager.
- Perform other duties related to guest activities and experiences as assigned by the Resort Manager.

Qualification & Experience :

- Relevant experience in a Jungle / Nature / Adventure Resort is preferred.
- Experience in Guest Activities / Recreation / Adventure Activities will be an added advantage.
- Strong driving experience is mandatory.
- Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle / Heavy Duty Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Experience in operating Electric ATV / Quad Bike is highly preferred.
- Experience in 4WD / Off-Road driving will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Energetic, physically fit, responsible, and safety-conscious.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
