About the Role The Accounts Executive Trainer will deliver classroom and practical training in computerised accounting, direct/indirect taxation, and day-to-day financial operations to youth enrolled in a CSR-funded skill development programme. The trainer will bridge academic concepts with real-world industry practices to ensure candidate employability.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and lab-based training on basic to advanced accounting concepts, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.
- Provide hands-on training on Tally (ERP 9 / Prime), including voucher entry, inventory management, TDS, and finalisation of accounts.
- Conduct in-depth modules on GST (registration process, input tax credit, invoicing, return filing, and compliance).
- Design daily lesson plans, practical assignments, and periodic assessments to track candidate progress.
- Maintain training batch records, attendance,



assessment reports, and project documentation as per CSR compliance guidelines.
- Mentor students on workplace soft skills, interview preparation, and corporate accounting expectations to drive placement readiness.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum B.Com or M.Com degree in Accounting/Commerce/Finance.
- Core Accounting Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical work experience as an accountant in a corporate or commercial organisation.
- Training Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a trainer/faculty in accounting and vocational skill development (preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level working knowledge of Tally and GST compliance/filing.
- Soft Skills: Robust communication skills in Hindi and English, active classroom management, and a passion for community development through skilling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
